So, we receive an email last week from a representative of 10PIPS.com sayingthat from 20 July 2010, they will no longer pay affiliates for their trafficand that we should take down all marketing materials ... so we did :).  It isno surprise this happened as there was always a suspicion of just how welltheir affiliate program was working especially in terms of tracking; however,it is appreciated that they communicated the program's termination to us.

This all stems down to running an affiliate program and doing that ina proper manner with experienced individuals behind it.  It is no surprisethat sites like eToro.com, ForexYard.com, and Finexo are doing well with theiraffiliate program: they have the right tools and the right know-how in stayingcash positive in the industry.  Running a good and profitable affiliateprogram is no easy task but if you oil the machine well, it can be an amazingcontribution in terms of new participants and revenues to the operator.
